Life is Outstanding and Very Essential to us all. If you caught what I meant there then you understand where I'm going without it being said. If not, well maybe this isn't for you but at the end of the day I wish it was for everyone.

Random question I want you to ask yourself. Why do you let your insecurities rule & ruin your life? We all know what each of us is insecure about but yet we refuse to admit out loud what it is. Ever heard of the saying "admitting is the first step"?  Saying something verbally out loud makes your insecurity seem so small doesn't it? Or am I the only one who feels that way? Meh, suit yourself. I guess we'll continue with me admitting mine out loud. So imagine if you will me yelling out the top of my lungs "BEING LEFT ALONE!" Wow, that felt amazing to say! Why you ask? Because of the simple fact that as soon as I said it something clicked......I'm not as alone as I think I am or will be.

Seems too easy to be true right? Let me explain. On my 30 years on this lovely earth I have made plenty of friends. Some can say I am a very sociable person, a social butterfly maybe? Umm lets just stick with sociable person. Has more of a manly edge to it. Anyway as stated I've made a lot of friends and for me to say I'm scared to be alone is very foolish for me to say. Not to brag or boast myself but the way my personality and genes are set up, ummmmmmm I'll never be left alone. The only reason and the true reason I'll be left alone is if I allow myself to be left alone. If that is the case then why the hell am I scared of being alone when in actuality what I'm saying is that I'm scared of myself! It feels weird to say and admit that. It's kinda like having another person in my body bullying me basically. I've never been one to be bullied so I'm not going to let my insecurity of being left alone bully me any longer. Let's be honest here, what's the worse that can happen if I stand up to my insecurity? Abso-fucking-luthy nothing! With that being said its time to open up more and welcome more people in and to not be cautious and afraid to let others in due to the fact that in the back of my mind the insecurity of me wondering if they'll leave and I'll be stuck alone. Pfffffttt fuck that noise homieeeee. The only outcome I see from doing that is enjoying the ups and downs of life. I'd rather face a ton of downs than to not face anything in life. Sure pain may come along but pain makes us stronger right?

I bring this up so that someone who might be in the same situation as me thinks twice before letting your insecurities ruin a good thing such as love from coming into your life. And one more thing before I go and I want everyone to know, Musiq Soulchild raps now -___-. People are dumb, a person is smart.

Whoever Yelped it, dealt it.

For some odd reason I've been on this pizza hype lately and today I was in the mood for Pizza Hut's cheesy crust just like a normal fat ass would be at the butt crack of dawn this morning. But as I stated earlier that this was during the early morning so I did not know the correct time this Ronald Regan endorsed pizza establishment would be open. So like any Internet savvy person who can search up porn like no ones business I searched to see what time Pizza Hut would be open. I then came across two Pizza Hut's out in Oakland. One restaurant was half Pizza Hut half KFC. Who would of ever thought those two could get along so well. You would think it would be the restaurant version of Bloods and Crips yo! Now while looking up the time of opening of Pizza Hut I then discover my new guilty pleasure for reading horrible scored Yelp reviews on restaurants and lets not kid ourselves here, no one would ever think a Pizza Hut that's also a KFC would be a 5 star restaurant...It was a 1 and half! My favorite score Yelp to read!!!!!But before I get into this review let me share this little side story for you all. I notice the score is 1 and a half at both Pizza Hut's and I didn't want to take my chances at the hybrid Kentucky Pizza Fried establishment, I decided to go with the other one and I did not and I repeat DID NOT want to spend my hard earned money on just a 1 and a half pizza place (Yea I'm a diva like that.) I decided to see if my brother would buy it and of course it came at a cost. He said he would do it if I took a picture with a huge bowl over my head while doing jazz hands. For a split second I wanted to spit in his face but the cheesiness was calling me mane! So I did it and of course the guy took the picture. God my brother is a jerk. Enough of me being digress, back to the review. While reading the review of the Pizza Hut/KFC I found a hilarious one but I couldn't stop right there. I read another, and another! I found out that I LOVE reading horrible Yelp reviews. 2 that I found out stuck out like chicks with cakes in those leggings. My dear apologizes to the chicks with anti cakes in those leggings by the way. I will now share with you all the top 2 that I found and will also share my comments regarding the reviews. Enjoy!






This review is from Carol C in Alameda, Ca regarding the Pizza Hut/KFC I spoke of earlier. "Even though the employees were friendly and helpful, the pieces of chicken were scrawny looking and small compared to what I got earlier this afternoon. They were also hard and dry and sort of chewy...not good". (sigh) Of course the elephant in the room is that Ms. Carol C went to KFC two times in one day! Now lets look at the time frame. By the looks of it I'm gonna take an uneducated guess and say that when she had the "scrawny looking" pieces of chicken that it was dinner time due to the fact that she mentioned that she visited this place in the afternoon. Now lets do the math. Normally fast food restaurants in Oakland tend to shut down shops around 10pm. As she mentioned she went in the afternoon, lets just say is noonish. Hopefully I did my math right that leaves a 10hr window. But oh no, when it comes to consuming fried chicken from KFC that happens to be roommates with a  pizza joint, that simply is not enough time to be heading back to the same day. What I am getting at is, Carol C from Alameda, Ca, I think someone should Yelp your food life decisions because I doubt this isn't your first time dropping the ball on picking places to consume horrible food. You are like the cookie monster of bad foods B. I wish you and your stomach the best.




Now this reviewer is right from my backyard of Oakland. His name is Victor G. Mr. Victor G took the time out of his day and reviewed the self proclaimed and "classy" burger joint, Burger King and gave them 1 star."After getting my change from a $20, i showed the cashier he was $5 short. he didn't say anything. he got the key from the manager, open the till, gave me a 5 and still said nothing.the fried onions (1.29)were small, tasteless,  nuggets(1) bland. only the seattle's best coffee(1) medium roast was satisfying. No apologizes = 1 star. If apologized would give 2 stars." Damn it Victor G! You are from Oakland bro! You better act like you aint trippin when someone gives you cash with no questions asked! And what in the FUCK is wrong with your taste buds and body insides for you to be ordering fried onions, nuggets, and muthafuckin coffee together! Trust me when I say this and I mean this from the bottom of my heart. Bitch, your toilet hates you and your butt hole. You disgust me!


My prior guilty pleasure was watching old reruns of Dateline: To Catch a Predator but now that has been replaced with horrible Yelp reviews. Now normally as most you know I tend to leave with a smart remake but I would like to say that if Yelp ever reads this blog please hire my brother Darius Ingram to work within your company. Let me stop fooling myself and search for reviews on McDonald's Fish Mcbites. A person is smart, people are dumb.

We'll look what the cat done dragged in?! I know, I know. It's been a few years since I've posted on here and for that I do apologize. It truly means a lot to know that people actually like to read my rants and opinions on things in life. It definitely means that I'm not as crazy as the local weirdo waving a sign on the street telling you judgement day is coming and Kim And Kanye's baby is why. But on second thought it wouldn't surprise me if that baby did have the power to spit out acid such as the dinosaur from the classic 90's film Jurassic Park. But thats neither here nor there. The main reason why I've decided to come back and blog is from a very close friend/brother of mine texted me earlier asking why I haven't blogged in awhile. To me I looked at it as I have a talent to entertain or spark a thought into some one's head so let me get back to it. The people's blogger? Naw I won't go that far but I should trademark that shit cuz let's face it a brotha's gotta eat?!





A lot of things have happened since we've last spoke or shall I say you read. Mountain Dew code red I believe is on the shelf but yet those fuckers took down Hostess?! Sorry to get all aggressive about that but believe me it was a tough time when that happened. I was tempted to just do one topic tonight but there was so many things running through my mind that I just wanted to give you all a sample platter of what to look forward to from me blogging about and these will not be in any particular order so don't come on here trying to be the blog police and fine me (aka stop following me on a social media site cuz I guess that's what the kids do these days to get back at someone. God we are such weenies!) for not discussing a topic before the other I listed, ok? Cool. Now back to the topics I will discuss on a later date. Trayvon Martin's case outcome, the hipster movement or as I call it "let's dress or act like we don't care for the trends just so we can fit in". I know it makes absolutely no sense at all but like I said I'll touch on that subject later on. "Real niggas"..where do I sign up at?,  the sorcery of Instagram; Volume 1. Girl, why must you do a mirror of the same image for all your selfies?, Volume 2. The era of the "Instagram Nigga", Volume 3. You damn right I'm gonna try to hit rather than try to wife you up with pictures like that up. Dumb hoe. That's just to name a few that I will be happy to touch base on along with my misadventures in this crazy, harsh, and yet still kind world I live in. What If They Were Still Around....

Now before I go on with this I know I will catch hell from all my "True Hip Hop Heads" so I just want to state that this is simply my opinion. To many this will sound like blasphemy but if  2Pac and Biggie would of never died they would not be relevant within the rap game now of days. It's hard for me to say that while having my headphones on while BLASTING Pac and Biggie because just listening to them now and my GOD they were both ILL! Even though they both had to dope lyrics and concepts in their songs I still have to stick with my statement above of them not being relevant. Hopefully I didn't lose my hip hop heads yet before I get a chance to explain my reason for thinking this. I personally feel that yes they would have a huge fan base but still that huge fan base wouldn't be enough to keep their name in the public eye such as a Kanye West, Lil Wayne, or Drake. Just me naming some of those artist made me 2nd guess myself because it seems like I'm saying those artist are better than Pac and Biggie and in which they aren't. I simply listed those artist because they are on top of the "rap game" now and you want to know why???? Because the rap game has evolved.

The rap game has evolved way before 2Pac and Biggie. Just think back to the late 70's and early 80's rap game. It was a bunch of party type flows of yes yes yall'n & the roof is on fire. Now go forward a few couple years into the late 80's with such dope Mc's such as Kool Moe Dee, Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, & LL Cool J. No longer was it about rockin a house party it was more about stepping your rhyme game up. Play on words and many other things. Now lets go forward one more time with the era of Pac and Biggie. Now rappers had more substance to talk about. The rappers on top came from the Regan/Crack in the hood years. So these lyrics dealt will more hardcore issues such as drugs, alcohol, sex, and money. Now if you are paying attention from the beginning you can see that the rap game has gone from underground house parties to having clever rhymes to talking about how your enviroment is. Now that leaves us with our current rap game. I actually dislike the way rap game has evolved. It's sad to say but if you aren't talking about making that booty bounce, trying to be a big drug king pin, or popping bottles in the night club then you aren't making hits and not making hits means no impact in the rap game to the average commercial fan's eye. I know you are saying to yourself well that fan doesn't matter. Umm yes they do. Face it. A true hip hop fan is a minority in the world of rap & hip hop. Your voice doesn't count for anything. If it did then Lil Wayne would not be wearing skinny jeans and going from skateboard to skateboard. Drake would not be singing as if he was auditioning for The Phantom Of Opera. Now with those things being one of the main reasons why those 2 artist are on top can you really see 2Pac and Biggie doing that??? I know you're saying well those things wouldn't be around if they were alive. Are you sure about that??? I'm sure back when rap 1st started they probably said no one actually listens to what we are really rhyming about. And I'm more than sure that the rappers from the late 80's said no one wants to hear all that hardcore stuff so lets still rap about battling each other and being the best at rapping in our area.

Evolving has being going on since the dawn of day. It's harsh but either you evolve or die. Which takes me back to Pac and Biggie. Those 2 dudes were something else. They changed the game themselves so you know they wouldn't of evolved with the way the rap game is now. I'm not saying that they would be another Coolio and die out, but actually much more. The rap game now has just moved on from just selling hits. It's now turned in a billion dollar brand. Many artist have kept their name relevant in the media without making hits such as 50 cent with his clothing line, fitness, and water. With that being said I'm pretty sure both Biggie and Pac would of found their niche in selling something wither it be 2Pac selling his own bandannas or Biggie starting a weight loss program. You might be laughing but its true. Now of days if you are just a rap artist with no type of selling brand to ya then NO ONE will mess with you. A good friend of mine mentioned that yea they wouldn't be big in the music scene but they would of made sure other names wouldn't of made it big either. I actually was on the fence about that because yea you can say that but you could also say that maybe they would of left many rappers alone and just let them eat. You gotta remember both 2Pac and Biggie died at early ages so who's to say that if they were still alive they would of fully matured and recognized that destroying another rappers career doesn't do anything at the end of the day. I have a lot of respect for both rappers and I truly believe that they made the 90's rap game the best because they "kept it real". At the end of this blog I dont want people thinking that I'm discrediting these 2 amazing rappers. I'm just simply being a realist here by saying they would not be relevant in the rap game now of days if they were still around. And if you don't believe me name a rapper from the 80's and early 90's with a hit single out on the radio right now. A person is smart, people are dumb.

Frank Ocean is gay..so? Hiding behind religion

As many of you know by now that the R&B artist Frank Ocean has announced he is gay. Now following the announcement I knew there was going to be some pretty harsh comments about him coming out the closet but then I started to noticed people started to have the nerve to say that they will never listen to his music again. Really? Just because an artist is brave enough to tell the world who he is attracted to you are really going to just stop listening to the man's music? Wow! That's unbelievable. Now let me explain why I feel that way. I find it hard for people to stop listening to Frank Ocean's music just because he is gay but yet they are still willing to, and not to reopen a wound here, but will listen to Chris Brown and R Kelly's music. 1st let me state that I am a fan of both Chris Brown and R. Kelly's Music so that no one will say I just have a problem with the two. So were good right? Anyways.. Chris Brown put his hands on a woman! R. Kelly took a number 1 and had sex with a little girl! But yet Frank Ocean being gay is worse than those two incidents? How in the world does that make sense people? I have one idea on why people will say that you can't compare Frank Ocean's situation with that of Chris Brown's and R. Kelly's situations and that is because of religion. 1st off let me say that I respect every one's religion before anyone tries to bite off my head. People are saying that it's wrong to be gay because of the bible states it so by reason they can not listen to Frank Ocean's music. Enough of this hiding behind religion stuff. I'm not saying that all but a vast majority of people are saying this because they personally have hatred toward gays but yet they don't want to seem like the asshole here so they hide behind religion. Either nut up or shut up! I'd respect someone if they straight up said "yea I personally don't like gays so that's why I'm not gonna listen to his music." I have yet to see or hear that from anyone.

I find it crazy that people will condone what Chris Brown or R. Kelly did but yet wont when it comes to Frank Ocean. It all comes back to them hiding behind religion. To be honest I have no problem if you have strong faith toward your religion but there comes a time when you have to really think about whats right and wrong. Ever heard of this.."I will kill thy in the name of the lord!"? Come on yo..really? Killing someone is fine? Get outta here with that. And before anyone starts asking whats my religious preference I will tell ya. Not many people know this because just how I look at some one's sexual preference as something that really doesn't matter to know I feel the same about knowing some one's religious preference. I am Muslim. I personally don't feel the need to tell everyone. One of the reason's is that I'm not the best Muslim around nor am I the poster child of it but yet I believe in my god Allah and I don't look down upon anyone else for having a different religion then me. If you know the Islamic religion you know they are strict against homosexuals and you know what, I believe in my religion but yet that's something that I will never agree with. To me it's a wrong thing for me to judge someone for their sexuality hence why I mentioned earlier that it comes down to knowing what's right and wrong. I know many will say that they are against gays because at the end of the day you want them to see that they will never get to heaven that way and that you are trying to help them out. That's cool and all but how about you just work on yourself on trying to get into heaven. Last time I looked heaven wasn't a club and you weren't a promoter with a guest list that you would get 5 bucks off of every name you got coming into heaven. A person is smart, people are dumb.

Don't Take Life For Granted..my touchy subject

While jogging around the lake today I saw something that brought many emotions to me. Joy, sorrow, and hatred. I was literally in tears from what I saw. By now you are wondering what made me feel flooded with these emotions. I saw a father trying to teach his mentally challenged daughter how to enjoy a jog around the lake. I could tell in her reaction to the sounds, people running by, and just being outside that she was petrified of her surroundings. My heart sunk right when I saw her grab her father closer so that she could feel safer. Thus this is where my emotion sorrow kicked in but then changed to joy when I saw the dad hold her tighter and told her that everything was going to be ok and for her to try and enjoy being out. My tears at 1st were tears of sorrow for this little girl but then turned into tears of joy because I saw the unconditional love the father showed toward her. Let me explain why I got emotional after seeing this girl. Ever since I can remember the mentally challenged has been a touchy subject to me. It's one of the reason you never see me mock, make fun, or use the word "retarded". I have always felt awful for what they have to endure and guilty because I am nothing special but yet I have been handed a "normal" life while they have been handed a life filled with many challenges for them.

Earlier I mentioned that one of the emotions that I was filled with was hatred. The hatred was brought on by the thought of how many people go on Twitter and Facebook or any other social media site and complain about how their personal life sucks because of something minor has happened. It pisses me off that people have the nerve to complain about the smallest things that will eventually pass when the mentally challenged have it way more harder than you and your petty problems but yet you don't see them complaining about it. It goes to show that we as a society take our life's for granted. Just imagine all the small things that we take for granted that a mentally challenged person will never endure. Do you remember your 1st kiss? Do you remember being asked to your Jr Prom and Senior Ball and going and having the time of your life? Do you remember walking your graduation stage? Do you remember learning how to ride a bike? Do you remember your 1st time being behind the wheel driving? And do you remember falling in love with that special person? These things are some of the things that majority of the mentally challenged will never be able to experience and it breaks my heart to know that. They wont get a chance to enjoy the simple things that life gives us because of a mental illness that, lets be honest here they don't deserve whatsoever. I have the utmost respect and love for anyone who is a parent of a care giver for the mentally challenged. You all seriously are my heroes and are real life Angels. Thank you for trying your hardest providing them with a normal life as much as possible. I leave now by saying this. Take every day as a blessing and please don't take life for granted because others would love to switch their problems with yours just to have a "normal" life. A person is smart, people are dumb.

Auto-Correction..I dont give a Duck

Auto-correction is one double edge sword. On one side its a miracle worker and on the other side its a pain in the "As". Get it? ...."As" rather than the word "Ass" cuz you know how you try to use cuss words...yea never mind. Anyways as I was blogging. I really cant say that I hate it or that I'm in love with it. It varies for every situation I'm in. You might be wondering what these situations may be and I will speak freely on them. 1st I will explain why auto-correction is a good thing to have. I don't know about some of you guys but when I meet someone and get their numbers the text message just start to flowing and seriously when I meet someone I don't want them thinking I'm an idiot when it comes to grammar because a dumb person is a huge turn off ya know. Well you know those words you are having a tough time trying to spell out because you're tipsy (you know that's always the "perfect" time to text that special person you're interested in) and you don't want to feel like an idiot well you are graciously given the options or the correct spelling of the word you are butchering at the time being. Another great reason for auto -correction is that it basically writes out the whole text message for you. Now doesn't that just make it easier for you to do while driving now?! I know such a reliever. I only now just have to glance down for 2 seconds rather than 20 seconds. Before I get any hate mail I'm kidding about the 20 seconds. I try my hardest not to take that long. Oh don't look down upon me like you don't text and drive you douche. Why do you even think that invented auto-correction for?? Well besides people being dumb these days but that's neither here nor there.

Now that I got the pros of auto-correction out of the way it's time for the cons! "Dun dun dunnnnnnnnnnn" ::lightning clashes behind me::. Lets get straight to the meat and potatoes of why people such as myself cant stand auto-correction. YOU CANT CUSS OR SAY ANYTHING FOUL WITHOUT LOOKING LIKE A MORON! How many times have you tried to have a quick comeback to one of your buddies text message where you meant to say "Suck my dick" and what does it actually read "Suck my duck"! Not only did you get shown upped by your buddy but now you look like a 1st grader who is just starting to learn how to have a potty mouth. It gets worst when it comes to the con of auto-correcting. Let me ask you this. How many times have you sent something to someone and the word you sent was a word you typical use for certain people that you happen to program into your phone just to have during your convo with those certain people but goes to the wrong type of people because you were just texting in a hurry??? If not I will give an example. I have the world "threesome" programmed in my phone. Don't ask why I just do ok. Well I was having a text convo with an old co-worker of mine and I remember watching tv while texting and the text message that I was trying to text out was suppose to start off with the word "The". Yeaaaaaa didn't send the word "The" I sent "Threesome". Her response text..."Threesome?! Who do you have me confused with?!" Needless to say I deleted the word "threesome" from my phone. A person is smart, people are dumb.
